- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation and service
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Works well with a team
- Ability to work independently without instruction.
- This position requires the ability to pass a drug screen.
- Tech savvy (mobile friendly technology)
- Problem solving skills
- Tools are not required but are a huge plus!
- High School Diploma
- One (1) year of previous experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and Versatility
- Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
