FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Material Runner position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary: The Material Runner will deliver tools, materials, and equipment to construction and service sites, ensuring crews have what they need on time to keep projects efficient and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to) 
  • Transporting a variety of materials, tools, and equipment between suppliers, warehouses, and multiple job sites
  • Checking and verifying materials, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting shortages or needs to supervisors
  • Loading and unloading supplies, assisting with site organization, and performing basic tasks for construction crews
  • Communicating with supervisors and team leads to understand project priorities and ensure timely deliveries
  • Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with waste disposal 
Required Skills and Abilities: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Must have physical stamina – ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Knowledge of inventory control
  • At least 21 years of age with a clean driving record 
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
  • Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
