FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Social Media Specialist position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company located in Denham Springs, LA servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide. Job Summary We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist to manage the social media presence for all FMM Companies. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for photography and videography, strong editing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple brands across a variety of platforms. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to) 
  • Capture, create, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content tailored to each company's brand identity.
  • Manage, schedule, and monitor daily posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for all FMM companies.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, aligning with marketing initiatives, project milestones, and events.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership teams to gather information, plan content, and ensure brand messaging is consistent.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices.
  • Organize and archive a library of media assets for easy access and future use.
 
 Required Skills and Abilities:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and Canva is a must.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with multiple teams and managers.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in construction, commercial services, or B2B industries is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
